Crypto Risk and Regional Availability Notice

Important limits on CLIGM's educational content, including regional availability, transfer risk and account-specific support.

Educational information only

CLIGM provides general educational information about using Binance. Nothing on this site is personalized investment, financial, legal, accounting or tax advice. We do not know your financial circumstances, citizenship, residence, risk tolerance or legal obligations.

Cryptocurrency prices can be volatile. Trading, leverage, derivatives, lending, staking and other products can result in partial or total loss. A product being available inside an app does not mean it is appropriate for you. Never use money you cannot afford to lose and never treat an educational walkthrough as a recommendation to buy, sell or hold an asset.

Services vary by region

Binance products, entities, fiat payment methods, identity checks, limits and promotions vary by jurisdiction. Availability can also change. A guide written for a general audience cannot confirm that a particular service is legal or available where you live.

Use your real identity and residence. Do not use a VPN, false address, borrowed document, third-party bank account or another person's account to avoid a restriction. If the service is unavailable in your region, do not attempt to bypass the restriction.

Transfer risk

Blockchain transfers are typically irreversible. An incorrect address, unsupported network or missing memo may cause permanent loss. Token tickers can exist on multiple networks, and an address format that looks valid is not proof that the receiving platform supports that network.

Before confirming a transfer, verify the asset, network, destination address, memo or tag, minimum amount and fee on both the sending and receiving platforms. Use the live information displayed in your own accounts. Consider a small test transfer before sending a larger amount.

CLIGM cannot retrieve funds, freeze an address, reverse a transfer, change an account decision or contact Binance internally. Only official support can review an account-specific case, and recovery may not be possible.

Security warning

Scammers often impersonate exchanges, support teams and recovery services. CLIGM will never request your password, one-time code, seed phrase, private key, identity documents or remote device access. We will never ask you to deposit funds to “verify” or “unlock” an account.

Use the official Binance website or app to contact support. Do not trust phone numbers, chat handles or recovery links posted in comments, advertisements or unsolicited messages.

No guarantee of accuracy or availability

We aim to use reliable sources and review content regularly, but interfaces, fees, limits, networks and rules can change after publication. The official confirmation screen shown inside your account controls the transaction you are about to make. If CLIGM conflicts with that screen or official support, stop and verify before continuing.

By using this site, you accept responsibility for checking current information and making your own decisions.
